Welcome back, for the second half of the Spring Term. We hope you all had a good half term holiday and found something fun to do!
This half term we are going to be doing lots of interesting learning. Please continue to send us copies and photographs of your learning at least once a week.

Maths - giving change
Mrs Cranko apologises in advance but there are 2 errors in the video. Firstly she says 5p when she means 50p and secondly she puts £1 at the end of the 'banana numberline' instead of £2! You'd all have noticed in school and told her!

Mrs Cranko apologises for the wrong definition of a word! We learn from our mistakes!
I have tried a different way to record over the PowerPoint today, the video is there but it doesn't show each click of the PowerPoint and so some of the slides look funny; you can still hear it though. This is the first trial of this method and hopefully we can refine it! Thanks for your understanding.
Sorry about the background noise!
A Mrs Cranko English video, remember we're learning this method together! Remember to just do your best.

Tuesday 12th January
We know some of the children found the live Jane Considine English lesson quite tricky yesterday. Please encourage your child to watch today's lesson but if they can't keep up with the writing, they can just listen to what she is saying and her use of grammar and vocabulary. As they become more used to the style of learning, they may be able to record more of their own work. Please also remember you can pause the video and have a break etc.
Thanks for all your support and emails so far.
Chapter 2 of Yours Sincerely, Giraffe
I'm really sorry that this video ends abruptly, I pressed the stop button by mistake!
