We teach Geography through a topic-based curriculum. We endeavour to extend children’s interest,

knowledge and understanding of people and places both near and far to highlight the importance of caring for their environment and everything in it.

Children learn about the human and physical geography that surrounds them in their local area, as well as a variety of contrasting locations either in the United Kingdom or abroad. Throughout school, our children build on their map skills and are taught to use maps, atlases, globes and compasses.
