UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR)
As a school we review our procedures and documents in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into force on 25th May 2018.
GDPR is now known as the ‘UK GDPR’ following the Brexit transition period.
The UK GDPR require public authorities and businesses to identify the lawful basis for storing personal data, audit information we already hold and take a ‘data protection by design and default’ approach to personal data.
