'Finding the right school for our son was so important, and I'm thrilled with our choice. Theo absolutely loves school - he's made so many friends and really loves his teachers. Every staff member, from the teachers to the office staff and the wonderful folks at the breakfast and after-school club, are always welcoming and clearly love what they do. The school is incredibly organised and supportive of parents, which has been a huge help for our family. I honestly couldn't be happier with Millfield.'
Mrs Godfrey

'Our daughter first joined Millfield as part of the Nursery and since then she has flourished within the school's Early Years setting. The staff are kind, compassionate and focussed on each child's bespoke learning requirements, providing parents with regular updates on their child's individual progress. We have complete trust that our daughter is being cared for and nurtured whilst also encouraged and guided academically. Since joining Reception we have been incredibly impressed at the speed her literacy has developed. The school has a wonderful culture and we feel confident that our child is in fantastic hands every day.'
Mr & Mrs Noonan
'Firstly, we would like to thank Millfield for the wonderful experience that Izzy has had in both Nursery and Reception. The transition to Reception was excellent and we are sure that this was due to the provision and care from the Early Years Team. Izzy has really enjoyed both her outdoor learning and her indoor learning, and she has formed some really great friendships. Izzy's confidence and progress have both soared thanks to the secure, fun and engaging environment created by the Early Years Team, which has allowed Izzy to thrive. As parents, we couldn't be happier that Izzy's school journey is off to the best possible start and have no doubt that this will continue throughout her time at Millfield.'

Tapestry
Tapestry is a secure online Learning Journal to record photos, observations and comments, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, to build a record of your child’s experiences during their time with us.
Tapestry is a website which can be accessed on a computer or laptop, and also on any Apple or Android device, such as a tablet or smart phone.
Parents/Carers are also able to upload their own photographs and videos, as well as comment on observations added from school. Please do take advantage of this feature as the children enjoy sharing their home experiences with their peers.
