At Millfield First & Nursery School we expect all our pupils to wear our school uniform.

All uniform items must be clearly named.

Items identified on the following list that can be purchased online, please follow the link at the bottom of this page.

Uniform options:

Grey, black or navy blue skirt, culottes, shorts or trousers

White polo shirt (optional with school logo - purchase online)

Navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo (purchase online)

White, grey, black or navy blue socks/Grey, black or navy blue tights

Black plain flat shoes (not trainers)

Wellington boots (required to be left in school and must be named)

Book bag with school logo (essential for all children - purchase online)

Blue and white checked summer dress

Sports cap - dark in colour (optional with school logo - purchase online)

PE Kit

Black or navy blue shorts

Black or navy blue jogging trousers

House coloured t-shirt with school logo * (purchase online)

House coloured zipped hoodie with school logo * (purchase online) or Black or Navy blue plain sweatshirt or zip up top (a school sweatshirt/cardigan with logo could be worn)

White, grey, black or navy blue socks

Trainers 

* Please order t-shirts and zipped hoodies in the house colour allocated to your child.

Additional Required Information

Long hair needs to be tied back and hairbands must be plain black or navy blue and not too large.  Extreme hair colouring is not permitted.

Sunglasses are permitted in school.

For health and safety reasons, no jewellery is permitted except small plain stud earrings and sensible watches. For a First School, sensible watches do not include 'smart watches'. Watches, if worn to school, are the child's own responsibility at all times. Earrings MUST be covered for PE with micropore tape provided by the child or removed. The school insurance does not cover personal items lost or damaged.

Please remove any nail varnish before your child comes to school as it is not permitted in school.
