Welcome to the Birch and Maple Year Group Page
Meet the Year 2 Teaching Team:
Welcome to Year 2. We are looking forward to all the exciting learning we will be doing this year.
Important Information:
- PE is twice a week. Our allocated days are Tuesday and Wednesday each week. The children will need to wear PE kits for these sessions. Please send your child to school in their PE kit on their allocated days.
- Each week we will post the learning for next week on a tab on this page. Please check this weekly as it will contain the key learning for Year 2, as well as links and ideas to help you support your child at home.
- On Mondays we have library time, where the children can swap their reading books and library books and spend some time reading in the library. On Friday we will swap reading books only.
- Please send your child into school with a plastic water bottle as metal water bottles are not permitted in classrooms.
