Sustrans Big Walk & Wheel Week: This week children are encouraged to walk, use a wheelchair, scoot or cycle to school on as many days as possible during the event which runs from 24^th March – 4^th April 2025.

To support families that live further away, the Co-op has kindly agreed to allow the use of their car park for drop-off and pick-up during the Sustrans event, provided there are available spaces. Please note that there is a 90-minute parking limit, after which a fine will be issued. Parents are welcome to shop within the 90-minute period, but this is entirely optional. We’d like to extend our thanks to the Co-op for their support in making this possible.

Family Friday Session: We look forward to welcoming parents and carers to our Family Friday Session for you to learn alongside your child.

Year 3 visit from Faiza Spittles from RE Hubs: Year 3 children have been learning about Islam and exploring the Quran this term, including how it is used in daily life.

Edwinstree readers will be visiting Millfield weekly to read with some KS1 and KS2 children.

Attendance: Whole school attendance this week was 94.88%.  Well done to Oak Class who were the class winners for attendance with an amazing 97%.
