• School Led Tutoring:

  We have been thrilled to have offered School Led Tutoring for children in Key Stage 1 and 2. This has certainly supported children with progress both in building confidence, as well as consolidating learning. As shared in a previous School Led Tutoring letter, the final week of these sessions will be the week commencing 11^th July 2022.

  Monday	Reception, KS1 and KS2 Assemblies: Children will learn all about Clean Air Day.
  Tuesday	9:30am – 12:00pm: A Group of Year 2 children will be taking part in an Athletics Festival with Mr Rome. Please see individual letters for allocated children.   3:45pm – 5:00pm: Rounder’s Festival at KJAR for a group of Year 4 children with Mrs Wallis and Mr Hughes. Please see individual letters for allocated children.
  Wednesday
  Thursday	Clean Air Day: Please see the letter sent out from our Eco-Action Team at Millfield.   EnergyKidz Promotional visit for parents/carers: EnergyKidz staff will be available on the playground when you collect your child to share information regarding EnergyKidz and answer any questions you may have.

  What a busy first week back after the half term break we’ve had at Millfield! I hope you had a lovely break with family and friends. Millfield children have settled very well back into school this week. It has been a delight to see the children enjoy a range of learning, including having the opportunity to see our pond life in action!
