Reception children have been very adventurous this week. They have not only visited St Peter’s Church for a Nativity rehearsal, but also enjoyed a visit to Christ Church in Buntingford for a Christingle service. The children have represented Millfield very well, sharing our school values and being enthusiastic learners. Well done Reception children and staff!

Children will be gathering on the playground between Year 3 and Year 4 classrooms where they will be facing the school field. The woodland gate and field gate will be open to access the site for this event just before 2:45pm. This is a wonderful way for a large number of parents/carers to be part of a school event. We will ensure that children are wrapped up warm in their coats etc. If your child would like to bring in a Christmas item to wear whilst they sing, we would welcome this e.g. tinsel or a Christmas headband/hat.
