We are delighted to share that the school PTA raised an outstanding £1,100 πat the Christmas Fair. A huge thank you πto all the volunteers, families and staff who made it possible.
Christmas parties took place this week. Children looked fantastic in their partywear and had great fun dancing and playing games with their friends and teachers. πΆ π
What a truly lovely way to spend today as we gathered together for our playground carols. The children sang beautifully, filling the playground with festive cheer and Christmas spirit. Their confidence, smiles and wonderful voices made it a very special moment for everyone watching.
Thank you to our parents/carers for joining us and sharing in this joyful occasion – it was the perfect way to finish our Christmas dinner day. πΆβ€οΈ
The children thoroughly enjoyed their festive lunch, with lots of smiles, laughter and full plates all round. A huge thank you to our wonderful kitchen team for preparing such a delicious Christmas meal, and to all the staff who helped make the day run so smoothly. It was a lovely, festive occasion that really got everyone into the Christmas spirit β¨π

It’s been a great start to the day at Millfield for our KS1 & KS2 children! They’re having a fantastic time watching Aladdin by Shooting Stars — lots of laughter, gasps and excitement already. A magical morning of storytelling and smiles!
KS1 & 2 children have been busy rehearsing for their Playground Carols, taking place on Wednesday. We are excited to welcome our school community to enjoy the children’s singing
Santa’s little helper was all set for the Reception Nativity today, helping to bring extra smiles and Christmas magic to the occasion!
What a wonderful Reception Nativity this morning for our Apple Class parents/carers!
The children were absolutely fantastic, filling the hall with smiles, confidence and festive cheer — we are so proud of them all.
We were also delighted to welcome the Mayor of Buntingford, Duncan Wallace, who joined us to enjoy the performance.
We are now very much looking forward to welcoming our Cherry Class parents/carers this afternoon for another special Nativity performance.
